By purchasing a product or service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set by Workofart.

Copyright
The copyright in all works supplied by Workofart will remain with Workofart. When you commission an artwork to be painted for you, you will own the copyright but Workofart may freely use the imagery for their own purposes. Under no circumstances will Workofart be responsible for any copyright issues arising as a result of you supplying us with any image or photos in breach of copyright.

Right to refuse
Workofart hold the right to refuse work which is deemed of very low quality or in contradiction with our business morals and principles. This may include but is not limited to: poor artwork, immoral or illegal materials.

Prices
Workofart prices are competitive; however we reserve the right to alter these without notice.

Payments
Workofart do not operate a credit facility. All orders of products need to be paid for prior to production.

The work
Workofart carries out in-house work. However, we reserve the right to sub-contract your work if we deem it suitable or necessary.

Cancellations
Workofart cannot cancel works which have been initiated and paid for.

The completed work
Workofart will do their best to give you a product as representative of your chosen colour matches as possible. However, under no circumstances will Workofart be responsible for variation in colour caused by inaccurate colour calibration of purchasers' computer equipment. Our discretion is final. Purchasers who are unsure of any colour match should request a Colour Match card to be sent prior to ordering.

Delivery
We will do our best to deliver your products in the quickest possible time without sacrificing quality. Workofart do not have any control over courier companies. Some deliveries may be delayed due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. In these instances, Workofart will not be liable for any consequential loss. Please ensure that you CHECK your delivery before signing for it. Workofart will not accept liability for missing or damaged items unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company. Please do not sign for your goods until you have physically checked them and are satisfied that they are in perfect condition.

Loss or damage
Workofart shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to your product during transport beyond the value of the invoice and what you have paid us.

Purchasing
By making a purchase from Workofart, you agree to allow Workofart to showcase or feature the product on their web site or any other related web sites or in promotional literature.

Refunds and Returns
We are sure that you will be delighted with your Workofart art. Because each piece is completely unique and made to order we are unable to offer refunds on items that are unwanted. However, when your art is delivered, if you think that you've made the wrong choice and your colours don't quite match, we are able to offer you a credit note for the value of the artwork excluding delivery.
